Life Journey Partners of America, Inc. is a grassroots

movement committed to finding solutions supportive of the millions of Americans who are caring for those who require care, as well as those who require care or support due to a disability. So many experience gaps in care or insurance coverage, or both, and need our help. We support family caregivers and those hired to care for our most vulnerable so they can be healthy and happy in their work and in their lives

    This is how we help:

    1. Reach out to church and community groups to build community support for Caregiving and those who require care or are disabled and care for themselves,

    2. Welcome all to visit the Caregiver Support Hub at 13225 N. Verde River Drive, #101 in Fountain Hills for support, education and connections, breaking the cycle of loneliness.

   3. Thankful Thursday Programs: Self-care for the Caregiver Meeting, Caregiver Wellness Happy Hour twice a week, Wacky Wednesdays for crafts, games and Bingo.

   3.  Raise funds for emergency caregiving hours and needed support for family caregivers as well as subsidies for highly vetted hired caregivers to keep them in the workforce.

    4. Recruit Volunteers for Thankful Thursday Activities, to Help with Fundraising and to Help individuals find resources currently available.
